Customer catalog API

Trade partners authenticate with Sanctum tokens. List and search published products at their price list prices, fetch categories, and subscribe to webhooks. Use updated_since for incremental nightly syncs between poll intervals.

Webhooks

Signed payloads for product lifecycle and fulfilment events:

  • product.published
  • product.updated
  • product.discontinued
  • shipment.created

Supplier image sync API

For desktop sync tools and DAM workflows: staff authenticate, list images (including empty SKU folders), upload and replace assets by SKU, and sync incrementally with deletion tombstones.
